AWEN GLOBAL SDN BHD is a Malaysian sourcing and manufacturing partner for importers, distributors and brand owners worldwide. Our story
AWEN GLOBAL began with a practical observation: Malaysia produces excellent food, beverage and homecare products, but international buyers — especially first-time importers — find it hard to source them confidently. Distance, documentation and minimum order quantities get in the way long before quality does.
We built the business to remove those frictions. Instead of a pure trading desk, we operate as a one-stop sourcing and manufacturing partner: buyers come to us with a product idea or a market need, and we handle the manufacturing relationship, the packaging and labelling, the halal and quality documentation, and the export logistics.
We also work the other way around — helping Malaysian manufacturers and brand owners reach buyers abroad. That two-way view is why we can tell a buyer honestly what is feasible in Malaysia, and at what scale, before any money changes hands.

How we work — the 3C approach
Connecting. We link international buyers with Malaysian production, and Malaysian manufacturers with global opportunity. Both directions inform how we quote and what we recommend.
Committing. We quote what we can actually deliver, confirm the specifics per product, and put the documentation list in your quotation so nothing is left to assumption after production starts.
Collaborating. Most of our clients start with one product line and grow. Sampling, specification and packaging are agreed with you before each run, and the relationship is built to repeat.
What a project looks like
1. Enquiry and scoping. You send the product, target market and volume. We reply with feasibility, MOQ, indicative pricing and the documents your market requires.
2. Sampling. We develop or reproduce the product and prepare samples plus the specification sheet. Nothing is produced at volume until you approve.
3. Production. Your order is manufactured to the approved specification, with halal and quality controls applied through the run and batch records retained.
4. Export. Documentation, labelling compliance and freight are coordinated so the container leaves Malaysia complete.
Certifications and quality
Our company holds HALAL, MeSTI, GMP, HACCP and ISO certifications, and carries Gold Supplier status on our Alibaba TrustPass storefront.
These are company-level certifications, and coverage is confirmed per product line with your quotation — food and beverage lines are produced to halal standards, while homecare requirements are confirmed per product. We would rather tell you precisely what applies to your order than imply coverage that does not exist.
